Equifax, a global financial services company, needed to migrate over 3,000 apps from their data center to Google Cloud Platform (“GCP”). What was especially challenging is the fact that the company has apps for each individual U.S. state. Therefore, every single application has to comply with the respective state’s regulations. Until working with ELASTECH, Equifax faced the challenge of developing each application individually which would have resulted in a project with a 5-year duration.

We created an elastic team of experts including cloud architects, to compile a CI/CD pipeline automation tool set which facilitated the ability to adapt to state regulations automatically.

By reducing overall project timelines by 83% the client saved 4-years which allowed him to move significantly faster. This corresponds to cost savings of an estimated $14m. The responsible project sponsor got promoted!
